Service and acceptable-use terms

Scope and authorization

UnyMarket provides software for authorized merchants to manage commerce operations. The service agreement defines the subscribed functions, fees and support. Pricing is quotation-based, according to connected channels, order volume, users and modules. A written quotation states recurring fees, setup charges, taxes and any additional contracted service before acceptance. Marketplace commissions, shipping charges and third-party services are separate. Requesting information or a quotation is free and does not create a subscription or charge. A merchant must control or be authorized to administer every connected shop, use individual user accounts, maintain correct company and product information, and approve the actions and shipping rules appropriate to its business.

Marketplace and logistics rules remain applicable. Available API functions and shipping options depend on the order, country, account permissions and provider. A visible order does not by itself authorize a shipment, combination, refund or invoice. External operations can incur charges or have irreversible effects and must follow the configured permissions and confirmation flow.

Security and data processing

Users must protect credentials and recovery codes, follow the authentication policy selected for their account, report suspected compromise and promptly revoke departing staff. Merchants remain responsible for their controller obligations and documented instructions. Applicable data processing and subprocessor terms must be in place before processing third-party personal information.

Prohibited use and service changes

Do not access another merchant's data, circumvent security or platform restrictions, upload malicious content, overload the service or use customer information for unauthorized purposes. The provider may contain or suspend affected access when necessary to investigate a security event, preserve evidence or comply with law and platform requirements.

Integration availability can change with provider APIs and approvals. Material service changes, cancellation, data export and termination follow the service agreement and applicable law.
